I am thinking of going to a 2x12 closed back cab to use with my LSC head. I am thinking of going with some vintage 30's to rock it up a bit.
I have already switched to EL34's and dropped an eq in the loop. it sounds great!! so what are your thoughts on the closed back cabs, I have also been considering possibly using 2 1x12 theile cabs.
you guys are the guru's of boogie tone so help me out here.

I went with a 2x12 convertible with some webers. Ended up keeping the back closed. It sounds big and fat. I like the 50w on tube rec. Really improved the sound. I have the LSC combo and use it inconjunction with the 2x12. Also have a 1x12 closed back with a v-30 and like the sound with the LSC by itself too. Just cause it is so full sounding out of a little tiny cab. I use it with my Traynor YCV-40Watt and it sounds so much better for small venues. 2 cabs at 1X12 would be good for a really full sound in a small venue.
