Wow....I thought I did a good deal a month ago when I picked up my LSS for $1375. I could have flown to N.Y. from Kansas City roundtrip, picked up the amp and flown backagain, and still have paid less than than what I paid

Nope. it was not a misprint. I know the store and the manager....I called to inquire about it but it had been sold just the day before....

They do these types of clearances near the end of every summer....and this one had been sitting there for a long time.

Dang...I wanted that sucker for $600/ :x

The sad part is that they probably still cleared at least $100 on the deal. Im Guessing they probably paid some sap $400-500 for it.

Yup, they will drop the price down to what they paid, and sometimes even lower just to get something off the floor.

i called also ... and missed it. they would ship it ... nothing there is local pickup only.
