Well no regrets yet!
I'm running all JJ's in it except for a tungsol in V1 and I'm loving this thiing.
I can't believe people dog R2? with a clean boost in front I can get a bunch of great tones
out of it. (especially in Tweed/Class A /MideGain.
I had been using is in Tweed /Class A /mid gain/Triode at lower volumes and dialed it in really nicely.
I found running it like this I cna keep the channel master way down and crank the Output and get a nice full sound at low volume.
this weekend the hosue was empty so I reversed all of the switches and opend up the amp in full power and
it sounded great.
A bit dryer and less saturated but it was a very cool tone. wide open I actually like the amp better with the channel master up
and the Output down.
Now I need to experiment with some mixing and matching of some of these power settings.
