Anyone have experience with Mesa/Boogie Certified Service/Repair Centers?

My Mark V 25W does not make any sound once the Speaker ON/OFF switch is set to OFF and then to ON. In detail, I would use the amp with a headphone by flipping the Speaker ON/OFF switch to OFF. After few minutes, I would switch the toggle back to ON position. When I do this, I would not get any sound from the speaker. Anyways, because of this issue, I contacted Mesa/Boogie and they told me that I should bring my amp to a repair center.

Does anyone have experience with taking their amps to a service center? What was the problem with your amp? Did your amp get repaired as expected? And how much did they charge you for it?

well it would help if we had a clue where you are?
I'm right outside of Boston and Aztech electronics is a mesa Certified shop. they are great but $325.00 an hour
Tom has been around a long time he knows his way around Mesa's very well.
