Anybody used these amp MIDI switcher units?

I'd love to get the Amp Gizmo or Mini Amp Gizmo, but I'm trying to save some money right now, and these are cheaper. Anybody used either one before?

I would use this with Boss GT-6 foot controller/processor to control Mesa Mark V head.

I use this http://www.voodoolab.com/controlswitcher.htm with my TR. Works pretty good, I still have pops when changing channels but I was getting pops with the Mesa footswitch as well. Easy to use, easy to program, one problem I did have with that this was the 4th MIDI device in my chain so sometimes it wouldn't pickup the MIDI command, I moved it to the 3rd spot in the MIDI chain and haven't had a problem since, if you're going straight from the BOSS GT-6 you won't have that problem.

I bought it for the same reason... way cheaper than the Amp Gizmo or Mini Amp Gizmo, long term I would still love to get the RJM RG-16

Cool, thanks! That's one of the ones I'm considering. It's good to know somebody's been using one, and with success. I'll probably be ordering one.
