Any thoughts on this malfunction issue

First things first... I have no skill at messing with the innards of this,and of course it's not acting up for the dealer yet.

I have a TA-30 1x12, about 6 mo old, with very little time on it. When playing at 15w with warm tubes (on at "room volume" for about 20 minutes), I'll have these spells where the volume bottoms out and the gain maxes out. All gain, fuzzy and farting, and no volume. If I bump it to 25 or 40 W, it goes right back to normal. Pop it back to 15W, and the issue is right back. I can shut it all down, and a few hours later it's fine. Did this 4 days in a row, but of course it's behaving at the shop.

Also, it's done this with 3 different guitars, 2 different cabes, and the power source is fine.

Any thoughts??

Nothing, huh??

Well, we swapped out a few tubes, but the 15W setting on either channel keep randomly cutting out. Looks like I'll get my first chance to see what factory service is like.
