Any guitar pickers in the Greenville, SC area?

I got a job in Greenville, SC as a Network Technician at Elliott Davis Technologies and was wondering if anyone was in the area that would be up for some jamming. I'll be moved in and started in my new job by October 27th. I'll be on my own with my wife until I make some friends and find some jam buddies. I'm moving only 2 hours away from my current location in East TN, but I'd hate to have to drive 2 hours 'back home' to get to jam for a few hours...

Greenville is a pretty cool place. I lived there several years ago. One of the best places I have lived. Lots of musicians. Most of the small good music stores have closed by now, thanks to GC coming to town. Check out the Handlebar for good live show's. Enjoy!!

Thanks for the tips man! We are looking at an apartment called Lakewood on Saluda tomorrow and a few other places.

I've heard of the Handlebar... Sounds like a biker bar!

Handlebar great live venue. Some of the best shows I've ever seen were there. Never any trouble there. Good bar food and drink!

Gotrocks has some good show's also.

Lot's of housing in Greenville. Last few years have seen a boom to the area.
Depending on the drive you want there are very nice housing all around.
