Another reverb problem !!!

hi Boggie Family ! i'm still in love with my Mark III but i have a probleme with the Reverb, like many other user.
When i want to use the reverb i plug my Rev/EQ footswich in the head ! but the problem is i hear some reverb on my sound, even if the switch is off ???
It's not like an open reverb at 7 or 8, it's more like 2 or 3 on the pots .
What i have to do to stop that ? Thanks

That's the way it was designed.
The foot switch doesn't toggle between ON and OFF. It toggles between the highest setting of the knob and a predetermined (by the circuit, not the user) setting below that. It all depends on how high you set the Reverb knob.
Oh, and the reverb is PRE effects loop.

Ok thanks ! It's sad because i play Metal and i don't need reverb exept on the solo ! And i realy need the sound of a big reverb in some song ! So i'm gonna use my old preamp effect for the reverb !
