I have a Triaxis and a 2:90. When I switch the modes on the 2:90 using the Triaxis, I hear a plop. Sometimes it plops louder then the other times.

The plop does not sound louder when I turn up the volume on the amp or Triaxis.

It is the same sound when you use a 1,5volt battery and connect it to a loudspeaker.

What is the problem and how do I fix it?

Thanks

The "plops" you hear are usually associated with any 2:90 switching between full and half drive settings. If it bothers you I would suggest using 2:90 modes of the same power rating. I will say though that live it won't be much of a problem. Good Luck!

So it is normal then?

Right. Mine does the same thing. As you said earlier, the noise doesn't increase as you increase the volume, so at gig levels it's less noticeable.

If you have a sensitive ear that 'plop' might be the cooling fan starting and stopping.
