1x12 Thiele or 1x12 Transatlantic Cab option.

Hi folks, a newbie to the forum. I have just ordered a MK5-25 and I have the option of buying a 1x12 Thiele Cab or a Transatlantic 1x12 open back 23' wide cab. Both cabs have Black Shadow C90 speaker in them. These cabs are a fair distance from where I live so can't really try before I buy.Can you guys shed any light, ie Pros and Cons of each Cab.
Any input would be much appreciated.

The Thiele is great, but I think it's best used with another cab to fill out the bottom-end.

The 1x12 TA would stand more on its own. The Royal Atlantic 1x12 23" is a really great cab. Also the 1x12 widebody ported works well.

In any case, I'd go with V30 rather than C90. I found the C90 to be too scooped in a band setting. YMMV.
