Check this out,im selling this for my boss' dad,the guitar is in my possesion and is probably the nicest guitar ive ever seen from this era.unreal condition,Investment Grade all the way.this guitar was purchased from the original owner when it was 3 years old in 1974,since then it has been in its original case under the bed and played probably half a dozen times a year up until about 10 years ago when his hands started to go and since then it hasnt been played more than 3-4 times, almost no fret wear seriously, a lil bit on little e on the 2nd and 3rd fret, original tuners changed to grovers before it was purchased in 74(they were on it when he bought it,but from what i understand this was common practice for most guitars in the 70's).couple small knicks(one on the neck, one on the headstock, when i say small i mean they are small, theyre in the pics)and the laquer over the inlaid gibson logo is flaking a lil bit(again nothing major but i want to be as descriptive and as honest as possible)its finish is spectacular, not a refinish!awesome grain and figuring, beautiful walnut, original Mini buckers, sound like god is singing through this guitar.binding has yellowed to perfection,no checking anywhere, neck is straight as an arrow, and plays like butter.heres your chance to own one of the rarer semi hollow models, original case has some burns on the bottom(was done while guitar was being played at christmas, case was put near the fire place, and some embers caught the rug on fire and the case got damaged,no smell, never touched the guitar just melted some tolex off the bottom(again just want to be as descriptive as possible) PRICE:$3450+shipping,sorry no trades
