This StratoCaster is FLAWLESS and has only been played in a smoke free home, never gigged with or even a bump on the headstock or body. You can see the sticker is still over the tremelo arm hole. No Whammys for me.
It has been upgraded with the David Gilmour EMG pickup set. These pickups are silent (even under hi-gain) and very smooth, while retaining that glassy, jangly singlecoil sound we all love. VERY versatile as well. The tone booster circuit thats part of the wiring can juice the pickups to humbucker fatness and warmth!
I've never had a more soulful Strat, but my PRS is queen now so I'm letting her go.
