It sounds good to me :P The bass is definitely different. Better. That's what I wanted to hear! Nice! I really want to get a Thiele to fortify my MKIII a bit. it sounds awesome, but I want a little more thump that a combo just won't do.

How are you picking up these thieles at such a low cost? What am I missing? I have been looking high and low for them, to no avail. Am I an idiot? Let me in on your secret!

Sucess! Plugging into the effects return gives me output, so the culprit is likley a bad preamp tube! Yes? Orderding up some new tubes today. As recommendations? Go with the standard Doug's tube combo for Marks?

Will try all of that tonight! We shall see! I've never had a V1 tube die suddenly on me, but hey, anything is possible.
