1350 Eur is approximately $1800. Price isn't terrible and IIC's are actually more rare than IIC+'s. Given the restrictions in the EU regarding RoHS, the price is good. To get it modded to IIC+, I would first call www.mesaboogie.com and speak with Mike Bendinelli about options with that.

-OP, I answered in your other topic as well but I totally concur with Stu Gutz. I like the 100 watt option, I always run mine full power. I even run my Coliseum on full power, all 180 watts worth. Both models get great low volume tones, too. + yours and play!

Not sure which stripe Mark III Sykes used only that it was Coliseums slaved into power amps. Also, Allan Holdsworth used a slaved Mark III on the Secrets album as well as the Quad preamp and other stuff.
