Hello, Do tube amplifiers require a 'climate controlled' space if stored for a while ? Will gradual temp variations of say, 10 to 100 degrees or, high/low humidity hurt anything ? Thanks, Rich.. :?

Hi, I posted a while back about my reverb not working in my F50 combo. Since then I've checked all connections to tank; and replaced each preamp tube with a new one. No luck; its still out.. Any tech folks out there with another idea ?? Thanks ! Rich.. :(

Hi, I'm using a 1x12 8ohm Mesa cab with my F50 combo ;with 8ohm speaker also.. Do I plug into the 8ohm outlet plus a 4ohm ,or, use both 4ohms ? My salesman for the cab told me to use the 8/4 combination..he may have been wrong ?(works fine) . Anyone sure about this ? Thanks, Rich.. :?

I just added a Mesa 1-12 C90, 3/4 back Cab to my F-50 combo; which I've had almost 1 year. Never had a better sounding amp set up..My Gibson 335 & Fender deluxe Tele never sounded better..I first thought of buying the f 100, but this is ALL I need, Rich..:D

Hi, Got a used F50 combo; "slightly used" ?? I actually love this amp; my guitars sound great thru it ! Only problem is ,that 'hiss' you would expect when an amp is on/vol. up , seems excessivly loud. With vol. & gain set at 1/4 it's quite noticable. Is this normal ?? Any ideas ? Thanks...

Hi, I may consider a 1x12 cabinet to add to my new F50 combo.. Of ALL the options , which sounds best ? I think it has a C90.. Would consider a Mesa or non-Mesa cab. Thanks, Rich.. :lol:
