Tried to learn this song and record it today... I wish I could play it right in D but my guitar's not setup for it so I did it in drop-D instead. Let me know how you think it sounds, and if the low-end is too much. My speakers take a lot of bass to sound like there's too much since it all comes...

Just finished my first clip with my new cab. This thing's so much easier to make sound huge and not woofy like my thiele. Let me know what you think so far, I haven't done any post eq to the guitars in this first clip so I could use your advice for where I screwed up and what not...

I used a single Shure SM57 in one position. The cab is a Mesa/Boogie 1x12 Thiele. Speaker is an EVM12L I'm actually working out with a guy on craigslist to buy his Recto 2x12 off him because I think it'll give me more to work with.
