Mint condition Mesa WideBody 1x12 open back cab. Came in a deal with my Mark V (from user treewiz) and matches it perfectly, but would also match other Mesa WideBody combos/heads. Can't find a flaw on it. Loaded with stock Celestion MC-90 (which I don't think is even fully broken-in yet)...

Very intriguing... I suppose I could always sell/swap back to a MkV if I don't like it. Th prospect of cloning and tweaking the Tweed channel is really compelling. Are program changes instantaneous? Like you could pop one in the middle of a sustaining chord without dropout?

Well hey, MusicManJP6, it was your endorsement (somewhere on here) of the 3/4 back + EV combo that helped me decide to buy the first one, now I'm going for a stack. Loved the EV in my MKIV combo and love it more with all that air and resonant wood around it (and the MKV driving it).

Anyone have a source for gold grill cloth? Vibroworld looks dead, and all the other places I can find have stuff that looks *close* but none say it's authentic Mesa cloth. Someone on eBay is selling the Lone Star Pewter grill cloth, which has me tempted if I can't find gold jute.

I'd usually run the power section in Simulclass, all Mesa 6L6s, full-power, pentode, no reverb, no loop, master at about 4.5-5 through the EVM 12L, channel master at about 4 with the presence knob pulled (just up to where it evened-out with R1 and Lead). I guess I was probably getting power...

I'd now take $1000+ shipping/paypal for the head, $400 cash local for the cab. I did find some casters that fit so it's good to roll. I'd also be interested in trades (+/- cash) for a Mark IV, Electra Dyne, or maybe Dr. Z.
