cool! I'd love to be able to do this kind of stuff. My mark IV is an "A" version so I'm guessing it was born between 90-92 so it's close to 20 years old. New caps may make it sound better :?: but it sounds so good as is :D

I have a modded Boss SD-1 and my III loved it and my IV loves it as well. I just run it as a clean boost, it adds a little sustain without any fizz.

thow a clean boost in front and an MXR 10 band EQ in the loop. You can get there. I had a Rectoverb for a while and using those 2 pedals with it I got a lead tone that I really liked. Of couse now I have mark IV and the lead tone is kind of "built In" :lol:

supposedly a Stiletto deuce and th Recto sound great together in a live band situation. the guys in division are now using that combo. I persoanlly love my mark IV and have been kicking around the idea of picking up a Tremoverb and running those in stereo, as IMO a mark IV with a recto chug...

I got my "A" combo for $1,000.00 but I got it thru a friend forom a Music store here in Boston. Display price was set at $1,400.00. (it's in very good condition)

inner and outer run in pairs. get one pair and put them in the outer slots and run in class A until you get a set for the inner pair.
