I recently purchased a head cab from TrickyRick and transferred my amp head to it. I have the combo cab sitting around. If anyone have a road case for a head unit (MK2C+) I am willing to trade this combo cab.

Hey Mon! Thanks for the info but I don't know that the "8" in "812" means its an 8 ohm. I looked up those series of numbers and there are model 812's that are 16 ohm speakers. I'll have to get a hold of a ohm meter from somewhere. Thanks Mon!!!!!

Like I said, I picked up this cabinet for cheap. It has a EVM-12L Speaker in it. Now my question is, how do I know if this is a 16ohm and not a 8ohm speaker? I know the cab say its a 16 ohm but I assume that was with the original Celestion speaker. It there any way to check? I've attached a...

I am reading that with a SimulClass Mk series you can run EL-34's at the outside 2 sockets. What difference in sound/tone will I get? I am currently running all 4 6L6's in my C+. I almost never run this amp in Class A mode only. I guess my question is, is there a major tone/overdrive...
