My green stripe Mark III Simulclass has the best clean I've heard, but I have an Altec 417 8H in it to get that tone. SWWWEEEEEETTTT!!!! Also running to a 2x15 cab with Eminence Big Bens and Boss RV-5 reverb. Very cool surf/country trang with my 95 ltd Strat. What a great amp the Mark III is!!!

I've got it in front of the amp. Maybe I'll try it in the loop as well. I do have a lot of the sliders moved up kinda in the frown shape. I'll mess with those a little to see what I can come up with . Thanks for your thoughts!.

I put an Altec 417 8H in my Mark III and it's brilliant. Probably the best guitar speaker I've ever heard. It's a huge improvement over the C90 that was in there.
