so were there different types of 2 channels? i'm going to look at a 2 channel triple rec this weekend. anything specific i should look for? do the power tubes match up the same as the 3 channel? What tubes are recommended for the 2 channel?

yes i have the manual right in front of me and some of it is still confusing. dont understand the slave control , pre amp and what the send and mix knobs do. some of this is new to me .

so when i set the loop to "foot switch" i can use the output control. when would i want to do this? whats the difference?

how many models of the TR was there? is this one a 2 channel? Were there ever any 3 channels that had this same design?

i wasn't trying to accomplish anything.. i was just using the head without the foot pedal

yes, the setting was on bypass loop....

sounds confusing... all i'm doing is not connecting the foot pedal and manually changing the channels on the back of the head... i was hoping to read a FAQ all about the knobs on the back of the head and how these tube amps work. my head sounds too muddy. :?

sorry if this has been asked.... I was messing around with using the channels on the back of the head instead of using the footswitch and its insanely louder when i DONT use the foot switch. why would this be?
