    Rivera Rock Crusher

I've been trying most of the attenuators out there and I must say that the Torpedo Reload beats them all. I use it with my Mark V head and it doesn't color the sound at all. That can't be said about the other one's when doing heavy attenuation. The DI is also great. I'm extremly picky when it...

Traditional 4x12 vs Standard 4x12 using Mark V

Sounds like the Traditional is the right one for me. I know it's loud, but that won't be a problem using the Torpedo Reload. I will mainly use the Reload as a attenuator to be able to get the heavy sound at fairly low volumes when recording.

Traditional 4x12 vs Standard 4x12 using Mark V

I have no problem getting the Mark V to sound great. But I've heard loads of different stories about the Standard Oversized cab about it being flubby and terrible with the Mark V. I've never tried the Traditional but had the Oversized back in the days when I owned the Triple Rectifier Reborn and...

    Triaxis and Mark V

I own a Mark V head and l'm thinking about getting a Triaxis as well. What I'd like to know is if I can use the Triaxis with the Mark V and if it's any good, or do I need to use a separate power amp? Pros and cons?

    Mesa pedals = WOW!!!

If it's more of a boost pedal you want, go with the Tone Burst. If you want anything in the territory of an overdrive pedal, go with the Grid Slammer.

    Mesa pedals = WOW!!!

Unfortunately I don't have any recording gear that can make justice for the differences at the rehearsal studio. But I can tell you this. The BB Preamp has been the "holy grail" for me shaping my sound since the release of this awesome stompbox and I still think it sounds amazing in getting...

    Mesa pedals = WOW!!!

Yesterday I bought the Tone Burst and the Grid Slammer and I must say I'm really impressed by these two pedals. I've been playing around with both pedals and I found out that the Tone Burst makes all three modes on channel three sound even more impressive than they already do on their own. The...
