I owned a Triaxis, 290, gforce. I bought the mark V I sold the Triaxis and 290 kept the gforce. havent sold the mark V glad to be rid of that f-in noisy triaxis rig.

how about checking your tubes? i setup the john petrucci settings recently on a brand new set of tubes and the sound cut out, i looked behind and a tube was glowing white, and then ended up blowing the amp. check your tubes!

came home, dialied in the Mark V to the ch. 3 extreme settings, played for 30 seconds, and pop. blew a tube. hadn't turned it up as loud as those settings have the output on since swapping tubes... so now i'm wondering if it is a problem with the amp, or problem with the tubes. I've never...
