Yes, it does have the 561140 PT.
It's been a few years since I have had a rectifier (had a few tremoverbs in the past), so I was looking to get a 2-channel to fill the need. I saw the discussion about these early 3-channels being so different and was intrigued. I haven't had much time to...
I just picked up R-17433. It's a rev C+. TM on the front logo. No brackets or active loop lettering. Hopefully this adds to your info! Let me know if there any other specifics I can gather off the amp.
I have a new quad of mesa str440 6L6s. All of my amps are EL34 based and I would like to trade for a quad of 34s. Let me know if there is any interest. Thanks!
I'm not an amp genius by any means, but it is interesting how little some guitar players know about their gear. I see a lot of people calling all 2-channels "pre-500" and of course everyone has a "very rare" or "hard to find" piece of gear.
Your amp is probably close to 20 years old at this point. That seems to be about the time they need a little TLC, new caps and such. That may explain some of the muddiness.
Yeah me too. I have been boogieless for the last year or so. Just got some gear sold off and ordered a MV and cab monday. Glad to see I was just in time to save 200 bucks!
I'm looking for 2 mesa spec vintage 30's in 16 ohm. Anyone have a 2x12 they are thinking of swapping speakers out of? Let me know if anyone has some they are looking to part with. Thanks!
