I've searched the forum for an answer to this, and based on what I've seen, I'm 95% sure the answer is yes...

Is it ok to run Yellow Jackets (w/Groove Tube EL84'S) in conjunction with JJ 6V6'S on the amp's EL34 bias setting... This should warm things up (safely), yes?

YJs are self-biasing, so you can run a pair of them with a pair of any other tube type that the amp will accept, using the EL34 or 6L6 bias setting.

Just be sure that you're using 6V6s that will bias ok in the EL34 setting. They generally should do ok, but you probably want to double check to see that they won't draw too much current.

Charles Reeder has posted lots about this, some here and some up a level in the Modern Era forum.
