year of my Mark IV combo???

I just brought a killer Mark IV combo and I'm trying to figure out the birth year of this amazing amp.
I called Mesa and they can only see the month/year it was sold and that was in 1993.(i knew that because the dude who sold it to me gave me the orignal sales receipt)
by the way,when i called Mesa i ordered a short head black taurus with wicker front head shell for it....(i'm gonna change it over to a head)
the serial # is in the 6000's
can Anyone give me some insight on the year???
once the head shell gets here and i bring it to A440 in manhattan,Flash may see something inside that says the year(hopefully)

thx,i guess i'll have to wait until the head shell gets here in a few weeks.the tech will make the change.I'll def be there to view the work being done and i'll keep my eye open for the hand written marker..
