WTT Suhr Modern Pro M3 for Mesa Mark V head

I am looking for a Mesa Mark V head. I'd like to trade my Suhr Modern Pro M3 (pics linked below) straight up for it if the amp is in good condition. The guitar was purchased from a local guitar store about 2 months ago and has never left home. It is in the same condition (like new) as it was when I bought it other than a new set of strings (still 10's).
