I've got one, everything like you describe (pretty much new also) only thing I don't got is the casters...

Where'd the casters go? They come as standard equipment!

Canada, eh? Pretty sure that means having to pay an import duty too then...

Not when you're buying from a particular no, I know I didn't pay for duties when I imported mine...
