Why most ppl don't want to Ship outside of US, Canada?

Hey


I am from Europe and i have always wondered why most people from States never want to ship outside of States.
Me and my band mates have ordered several expensive amps, guitars, bass guitars and even smaller cabs from ebay , and all those items have reached our country without any problems. Of course we have paid for the shipping.


Just wondering.

Doh,, Cant really anyone answer this easy question

1. Added risk.

2. Customs forms are a pain in the butt.

3. Why bother when I can sell it in the US without any problem.

I know who to contact for a dispute in the U.S.

I can walk down to the post office, UPS store, etc. I even know who to contact if I need to make a police report.

If something goes wrong in another country after it leaves the US.... uhhhhh, I wouldnt know where to begin.

So its a bit more risky shipping overseas.

The only reason why I do not ship anything internationally anymore is because of the TSA.
