What's up with this wood?

What's the deal with this wood? On the Custom gallery page, it says that all four of these Mark IV's are made of Imbuya wood and have Wicker Cane Grills. But, they don't look the same to me?!?

Just wierd to me. What do you guys think would cause such dramatic differences?

Yeah I thought about that, but normally if they are stained, it's labeled as such. These just plainly say "Imbuya" under the "Finish" column, unlike the ones above that are "AAA Flamed Maple/Trans Amber Stain" in the same column.

My Mk. IV looks just like the second one down.

What you can't see in the picture, is that it weighs about 300 pounds.
