What tubes for Recto 2:100

Need to re-tube and want to know what others like in this amp? Right now I have JJ 6L6's that are ok, but not totally satisfied. Also, anyone using EL34's, and if so, are you having any reliability issues?

I have been running TADS in my 2:100 and it sounds really great but I have never tried EL34's, but i want to try it sometime in my spare time

My 2:90 came with a brand new set of TADs when I bought it and I am very satisfied with how they sound.

I was trying the KT77 and EL34 in 2:100 but finally went back to 6L6.
TADs have great sound but just only when they are new. After couple of months the sound went to hell. I ended with J&Js, very punchy sound, very articulate and mega dynamic. SEDs are not bad too! Make your choice

And don't forget to check the invertors. If they are not ballanced whole amp will sound "not good".
