what styles of music?

What styles of music do you use your od or dist pedals for? what what effect does it have on it?

I use Xotic AC+. One side (the RC-like side) gives my clean channel a crunch, and the other side of the AC (AC-like) adds some liquid to my dirty channel for solos. Stiletto has a clean and a dirty channel, the OD gives me that in-between crunch so it's like a 3 channel amp to me.
