Given that the MV25 master volumes are post-loop, there is no way to control loop send level. For a reasonable gain setting, anyone know what is the signal level in the loop? What is the max signal level for any possible setting?

This is a good question.

And this leads to another question for you if i may, elvis... Given the different master volume location between the mini Mark and the mini Recto, how have you been able to balance the 2 when running stereo?

Excellent question. Luck, actually, since I didn't consider the master position in the signal chain, and just hooked up the second amp. I guess I was running the amps already at similar volumes, but that doesn't even really answer it.

Must investigate...

Hey all,

Sorry for any confusion - there are actually 2 errors in the manual, which are being corrected as we speak.

The Masters are before the EQ, which is before the loop - so, the Masters determine the send level - just the same as our other designs. The different thing in the circuit is placement of the reverb - which is after the loop (as in the Express series).

Thanks!

Ah ok, that's very helpful thank you Authorized Boogie.

That pretty much means the 2 amps would balance automatically when running as you do elvis (and I hopefully will soon as well), very cool!
