What does Hetfield use the G Major for???

I know both him and Kirk use the G Major but in James' rig he uses a JC-120 for his clean, and he has other various flanger and effects pedals...so then what does he use the G major for? Any insight or info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've never once heard of James or Kirk using G-Majors in any of there rigs.

yes they do use it. maybe for a little reverb or delays, but i´m not sure.

Most likely their massive use of Chorus/Delay on the cleans.
Amongst other things but i would dibs that to be the main use.
