Wanted Mark IV combo shell

I have a medium mark iv head that I wish to put into a combo shell. Any body have a Mark IV combo shell to sell or trade for the medium head shell?

I assume shell=cabinet? I have a cabinet (Black tolex) for a mark iv. It is the narrow version (not wide body). It has the EVM12L installed, but I am also interested in offloading the cabinet without speaker.
