Voltage selector switch

Has anyone seen or had a Mark series with a voltage selector switch like this:

Is it common/safe/reliable ? Is it a factory fitted mod, or aftermarket ( i see m/b on it) Any opinions at all would be welcome

I've seen it before,it is installed by Mesa at the factory,it is safe/reliable.

That's the one! My MKIII (I'm the original owner; ordered that option) has the same layout and look. I removed the chicken head knob so that there can be no accidents when running off 220AC! peace
