So i'm wandering around one of my two local thrift stores (the kind where you can set up your own booths, it's really more like a bazaar) and I run across these two bags of vintage US made tubes! There was also an old tube tester there (looked to be from the 70's) but I couldn't afford it off hand.
I nabbed up these two bags off 20+ tubes including RCA, GE, Sylvania, Tung-Sol, and some other goodies for a scant $16!! While most were from TV's and radio's they are still perfect for my mad scientist experiments and always good to have around for a price that low. All the GE tubes are in AWESOME shape, and so are the RCA's. Most are from the early 60's, so it appears.
