My dad's fraternity friend, Bill Oliver (who was also Shawn Lane's best friend, he's the guy on the right in the videos), was playing at a local bar, so we thought we'd drop by and see them play. Well, I happened to have my guitar in the car, so they asked if I wanted to sit in. I was a little hesitant (I've really only played in front of my friends at school), but I accepted.

I used my cheap blue Kramer through Bill's rig (Roadster 2x12 combo plus a 2x12 cab and some pedals (I only used the BB Preamp)).

We first played ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man" (my solos are around :30 and another one around 2:00 )

Then we jammed on SRV's "The Sky is Crying" (excuse the weedly-doo-ness in the verses )

Just thought I'd share!

In the true spirit of youtube, you shred too much, focus more on feelings.

Seriously, great playing.

Man, that was great. Nice playing. I have been thinking about picking up a Roadster to have instead of my Dual Recto Solo head. This makes it very tempting. 8)

Ace player! The Roadster is truly wonderful, I sell them. Zakk, if you can stretch to the extra money you won't regret it, miles better than the great DR.
