anybody ever mod a dual rectifier/roadster/tremoverb to have the tube rectifier/solid state rectifier foot switchable?

it would be a good solo boost i think.

and what about the clean /vintage high gain switch? could it be modded to be footswitchable? since it is posible to set the 2 channels to be similar volume when they are switched between each other...

Well for one, unless you keep identical settings on both, there's that problem.

Then you would run into the problem of adding a jack. Without drilling a hole or taking something out, there's really nowhere to put it.

Then there's the part of the wire length, voltage drop, signal degradation, etc.

It's a good idea, but I don't think it would work.

well i have no problem drilling a hole, its already got lots of holes anyway, one more shouldnt hurt. i dont understand what you mean by wire length and signal degradation? what wire ? how much wire lenth needs to be added, the wire for the footswitch, obviously does no tpass any signal
