Using DI with mesa boogie mkv 25 requires a lot of volume to get signal to PA

I want to use my Mkv on stage while sending a DI feed to the mixer so that the sound is spread. BUT it seems using DI with mesa boogie mkv 25 requires turning up the volume so high to get enough signal to PA that you end up too loud on stage.
Has anyone noticed this and perhaps has solved the issue?

Where are you getting the DI signal from?

As you've discovered, the DI output of the Mark V is dependent on Master Volume settings. I use a Radial X-Amp to boost the signal when using lower MV settings.
