Hello,

I am new here and have a question. How do I connect 2 stereo preamps
together with one stereo poweramp? I have a Studio pre and love it! Duh!
I am going to add another preamp to my setup and need advice on a switcher.
What are you guys using? Is there anything under $100 that
would do the trick? I don't need midi.

Heres my rack.

Thanks in advance.

Hey ya i am pretty much in the same position as you i just got hold of a studio preamp and absolutly love the thing. i also love my marshall JMP-1 and want to switch between the two but icant afford a GCX or any thing like that.

what i was thinking was maybe two of these
http://www.thomann.de/ie/nobels_abv.htm

i was thinking one to split my guitar signal(leave it constantly on the Y setting

then the other taking one output from each preamp into the power amp
I can then switch between the two preamps using my FCB1010 plugged into the remote switching jack of the ABV box

Thats my plan so far Its all theory tho
