Unexpected early Christmas present

Yesterday my Thiele cab arrived that I got for $189. The auction said it was loaded with a 90W Celestian, so did the jackplate. I was gonna stick a 12L in to complete my rig.

As soon as I unboxed the cab, I plugged it in to hear the Celestian. It sounded awesome. I wanted to see the exact model of speaker, so I pulled the grill and immediately noticed an aluminum frame.

The speaker was a 12L. Merry Christmas to me!

I love it when pawn shops put their stuff up for auction without checking it out. 8)

Nice one! I have experimented with thiele cab's. I really like the EV12L but I have to say the Celestion sounds pretty darn good in the thiele cab. I was surprised. Anyway nice score! Happy holidays!!!

New EVM12L list for $300. I sold a couple a year ago darn sold too soon. I still have four anyway NOT for sale.
