Ho ho ho and merry xmas to ya'll

What is a 5881 tube ?? Is it the same as a 6l6 but with different label? Please help cause one of my amps is loosing volume, it comes and goes, kinda fluctuates and the manufacturer states that the poweramp tubes are 5881.

Ok no prob

Found it on the mesa website. It seems to be the same as str 6l6.
