Tube pinouts / locations in the Mesa Quad ?

Hi.
I did a search but couldn't turn up a thread with the tueb locations on the Mesa Quad. And I downloaded the Mesa manual online but it doesn't contain the info either. Can anyone tell me the locations of V1-5 for each half ? Thanks

After looking at the layout from that photo, it seems that when looking at the Quad from the front like we do when tweaking the knobs, I'd have to either flip the layout paper, or flip the amp, right?
