Tube Options

I just wanted to hear your guys opinions on tubes for a 3ch Trip. Rect. My buddy doesn't really like the Mesa Tubes and he has already replaced them all and still doesn't like them, so he is thinking of a different brand to go with so I just wanted to see whats good out there for him to replace them with and where he could get them. Thanks

JJ's have treated me well so far!

GZ-34 rectifers...you'll never touch the Diode setting again...

Power amp, up to you! 6L6s or EL-34s

Preamp, I'm not too crazy about the full JJ retube.

People here seem to love a tung sol in V1, a JJ in V2, and 9th gen chinese in the rest!
