Trying to replicate a tone

I am wondering if anyone can give me some guidance to hit the tone found on Andy Timmon's song Electric Gypsy http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgELKnnHtkc

I can hear delay in the intro, but I am not sure of the rest of it. Not so much the lead, more the main riff. More importantly how would I replicate this on my roadster??

i have a roadster too and i use clean channel Timmy and delay.
