Triple Rec sound trouble

Sound comes in and out adjusting master, Gain and tone jump in and out when adjusting. Noisy and non responsive. I replaced all 12ax7 and still sounds the same. Anybody have any suggestions? please help.

Depending on the the hours on your amp, it sounds like it is time for some power tubes. Look at the power tubes and see if one is glowing hotter than the others. Good Luck!

Thanks dude, This amp is being handed down to my 12 year old( yeah, he's good enough to use it) He is gonns **** his pants when he hears it!!!
