OK, So I went thru as many threads as I could and I'm not finding anyone having the same problem.

I just bought a used Triaxis and discovered that moving thru the presets will occasionally kill any sound. I tracked down the problem to the Switch/loop feature. If it's working (audible sound) and I cycle thru the switching/ loop combinations the sound with pop in and out, sometimes it sounds like I rolled back the volume on my guitar and then it just is completely silent until I cycle back to the start with no switches active and the loop is disengaged. If I leave this feature alone all is fine but I plan on getting a 2:90 power amp to take advantage of this switching feature. Any help would be much appreciated!

To help diagnose the problem: Do you have anything connected to the effects send or return jacks on the Triaxis?

Nothing but guitar into the input and a cable connected to the output to a power amp.

The relay that switches the loop in/out is probably faulty. I'd take it to a nearby tech if I were you.
