Triaxis problem

I was wondering if any other Triaxis owner has had a problem with controls not working.
The Treble control has no effect on the sound at all in any mode and the same is the case with Lead 2 Drive.
Both seem frozen at whatever point they were at when they failed and now can be set from 0 - 10 without changing tone or drive!
All has been fine up until now and all other controls are fine in all modes.
Please advise as to fix or whether my Triaxis needs servicing.

Certainly sounds like a "needs service" issue to me.
