Triaxis output issue

I am a newbie and I am reading the manual and cannot figure out why scrolling through the presets there is no output when the FX loop light is on

The FX loop is probably inserted as a "serial" FX loop. So if nothing is plugged into the loop when activated, no signal passes through.

The regular output should pass signal even if the FX loop is engaged. The send output only passes signal when the FX loop is engaged.

ok so not to sound completely lame how do I restore the output?

Do you have output if you turn off the effect loop? If so, just turn it off on all your patches and you're good to go.
